Account & Data Deletion
This page lets Kaam Factory app users request deletion of their app account and associated personal data from a web browser, even after uninstalling the app.
Effective date: 19 June 20261. What you can request
- Delete your Kaam Factory app account linked to your mobile OTP login.
- Delete or anonymize worker profile data linked to your mobile number.
- Delete or anonymize customer work request data linked to your mobile number.
- Request correction or update of your personal data instead of deletion.
2. What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, completed work/commission records, or legitimate operational records. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.
3. How to submit a deletion request
- Send a request from the button below or email support@kaamfactory.com.
- Include your registered mobile number and whether you used the app as Worker, Customer, or both.
- We may verify the mobile number before deletion to protect your account from unauthorized requests.
- After verification, eligible personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Important: Deletion is permanent for eligible account data. After deletion, you may lose access to previous worker profiles, customer requests and matching history.
