2. Information we collect
Account and verification
- Mobile number used for OTP login and account verification.
- Login status and account identifier needed to keep the service secure.
Worker profile data
- Name, mobile number, skills/services, experience and availability.
- District, tehsil, PIN code and local address/landmark.
Customer request data
- Name, mobile number, requested service, budget and urgency.
- Preferred date, district, tehsil, address and work description.
Admin/service records
- Matching status, verification status, assignment records and commission records.
- Support notes needed to complete a request or resolve a dispute.
3. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect device contacts, call logs, SMS inbox, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, health data or files from the device.
- We do not show worker and customer phone numbers to each other.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use the app for third-party advertising.
4. How we use information
- To verify users by mobile OTP and prevent misuse.
- To create worker profiles and customer work requests.
- To help the Kaam Factory admin team match workers and customers.
- To contact users for verification, service coordination, support and follow-up.
- To maintain assignment, commission and operational records.
- To comply with legal, safety, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
5. Sharing and service providers
Kaam Factory does not sell user data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers only for operating the app, such as OTP authentication, secure database hosting, web/app hosting and app distribution. Authorized Kaam Factory admin users can access private records only for service coordination, verification, support and compliance.
6. Security
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS/encrypted connections.
- Private records are protected by role-based access controls.
- Admin access is restricted to authorized accounts.
- No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we use reasonable technical and operational safeguards.
7. Data retention
We keep account, worker and request data while the user account/service request is active or as needed for matching, support and operational records. After an account/data deletion request is verified, we aim to delete or anonymize eligible personal data within 30 days. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or legitimate business records.

Users may ask us to correct, update or delete their personal information by contacting support. To protect privacy, we may verify the requesting mobile number before making changes.

Kaam Factory is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for workers, customers and admins who can legally use work/service coordination platforms. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it after verification.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes means the updated policy applies.
